One way that we can help these new efforts to unionize is to push to expand the electorate through expanded voter access. We must push in the blue states and in those states like Arizona and Michigan where citizens can put issues on the ballot by petition- universal vote by mail and especially combining local elections with the midterm or even year elections which studies have shown increases voter turnout and elects more women and minorities and fewer Republicans to local office!!!
